Browsing and enquiries
You can browse products without a customer account. Product and contact enquiries are composed in your browser and open WhatsApp for your review. The website does not record a completed sale or store your WhatsApp conversation. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply when you choose to message us.
Administration and uploads
Authorised administrators use Firebase Authentication and server-side access checks. Product, content and media records are managed in Firebase/Firestore. Approved website media may be stored with Cloudinary and made public when published.
Hosting and security
Hosting providers may process standard web request and security logs necessary to operate the site. Do not send payment details or sensitive personal information through public enquiry fields.
Artificial intelligence
KEO Muse is an AI guide. When AI replies are configured, your question and up to eight recent conversation messages are sent through our server to Google Gemini, together with published website information, to prepare a reply. We do not save a chat transcript in our application database. Messages remain in memory in the current browser tab until you clear them or reload. Google and your hosting provider process requests under their own terms; provider retention is governed by the account settings and service terms chosen by KEO Hairven. Please do not share passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Chat usage limits
A random session identifier is stored in your browser’s session storage. Our server stores hashed identifiers and usage counters to limit automated requests and costs. If the host is configured to provide a trusted IP header, the server hashes that value instead. These counters contain no conversation text and are scheduled to expire after 36 hours; deletion timing depends on the database retention configuration.
